L6599A Shutdown

Hello.

I'm using L6599AD without PFC.

Previously, the DIS pin was connected to the delay pin and used as a shutdown.
However, frequent peak current caused shutdowns.
So I connected DIS pin to GROUND and made it work in HICCUP mode.

However, the problem is that there are still occasional shutdowns.
When I was using it in HICCUP mode, shutdown occurred and when I checked, PFC_STOP pin was in LOW state. (ISEN pin is OPEN state, pull_down.)

With the ISEN pin OPEN, how can I get to the PFC_STOP pin in the LOW state?

What are some situations where PFC_STOP can be shut down in the LOW state instead of overcurrent?

It's a frustrating situation to have such a problem.
Please help me.
