L9369's problem shooting

Hello. I'm using L9369 IC and have a problem.

 

Stage A is not working.

 

i made control code for Stage A,B. (they are very similar)

 

i used below two command for H-brdige operation.

 

but. current was not flow.

 

here is phenomenon.

1.Low side GL1,2 is not working,

2. GH1,2 turn on/ off at same time.

3. IERR (bit 30) is set to '1'.

4.I read register 120d, there was no Over current detection flag.

 

 

refer to datasheet, bit 30 is IERR[1], and it designate OverCurrent VDS, VGS(what is 'e'? just typo?)

 

please let me know what register should i check?

                I also encountered the same problem, causing the H-bridge to not drive.

                Have you solved the problem about reporting IERR errors?
                Is it hardware related?

             After debugging, it is found that IERR does not affect the drive of the H-bridge motor, but we do not find any error in the error status register related to overcurrent,VDS and VGS. Therefore, what is the reason for the failure of the IERR?

Hello Idong.1 , I also have this problem. u can see it here: https://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mcus-motor-control/l9369-drain-source-low-side-error/m-p/778896 . Do u check specific error of the IC? when I try to fix this bug, my colleague send to me a older version of the software and I load it to the hardware, its still didn't work, but after that, when I run my newest version of sw, it WORK, so I think maybe it reset some flag in the IC. Hope this information can help u.
