Hi ,
Recenlty I designed the my custom board with LDL112PV33R . My Vin is from Battery charger BQ25620 which is 3.7V. Now LDO giving directly 3.7V at Vout. I done following diagostics.

  1. check marking on IC which ic ''L112 33''. which is indicating Fix 3.3V output variant. check image
  2. Checked footprint in desing. All OK
  3. Checked shematic design. I think that is ok . sharing the image.
  4. Removed the IC and soldered it again. No improvement
  5. After removing checked on my board . there was no shorting between Vin and Vout from the board
  6. Checked shorting btw IC terminal. Not shorting. Internal body diode of MOSFET is OK.
  7. Check EN voltage. >1.4V . change Pullup value from 10K to 1K. No improvement.
  8. I also use voltage devider on AJD/NC. nothing changes.

Now i have order my 10 board with This LDO. This part is not locally available in india to check where those IC are damaged or not by replacing with new IC.
Help me out.

Welcome @sauravpanchal369, to the community!

The marking is the right one for the LDL112PV33R.

Unfortunately, you did not include your layout, so we cannot check it. However, pin 2 (GND) is not connected, so please connect it to GND.

Regards
/Peter

Hello @Peter BENSCH ,

Thank you very much for pointing out that. I connect pin2 to ground externally and it worked.

Thanks again
