LDL212PUR bypass capacitor requirements

Hi all. The data sheet for the LDL212PUR low dropout linear regulator does nor specify the quality of the input and output bypass capacitors with regard to ESR or loss tangent requirements.  Most LDO regulators require at least one low ESR bypass capacitor, usually on the output side.  This data sheet does not specify that parameter on any of the bypass capacitors.  Any recommendations?

I'm selecting LDOs for a few projects but I can't understand how stable it's going to be with ultra low esr ceramic caps. I have this https://product.samsungsem.com/mlcc/CL10A226MO7JZN.do operating at 5V on the output and the same one in CIN for 6-8.4V.

Thanks for the info.  It would be good though if the data sheet listed the required characteristics of the input and output caps
