I am willing to drive a 0.1OHM resistive lead with 4A.
Can It be done? eDesignSuite notes that it is possible.
I am getting only ~1.4 Amps in my setup

It sounds like there's a voltage drop issue—double-check the power supply and connections. Sondra Erome once faced a similar problem, and it turned out to be a loose terminal.

It seems that the length of my wiring was too long... And the resistance surpassed the allowed calculated value.
