Mastergan1 behavior in unpowered state while current flows over the "diode"

Hello,

I am using three Mastergan1 in a 3phase Rectifier.

When the Grid is switched on the circuit

charges the DC link Capacitors uncontrolled.

I am planning to build a “switch on�? circuit.

How much current can the Mastergan1 handle in an unpowered state?

Is there a different between unpowered and powered?
