Need DPAK MOSFET with high avalanche rating

We've been using the On Semi FDD8453LZ MOSFET (40V, 6.7 ohm, DPAK) in our motor control designs for many years, but this part is now EOL.  We're looking for a suitable DPAK replacement.  One critical parameter is the single pulse avalanche energy, which must be equal or better than the FDD8453LZ's 253 mJ.  Unfortunately this is not a parameter that normally is listed in parametric selection tables.  Does ST have a 40V DPAK MOSFET that meets this requirement?

what about e.g. the STD120N4F6 with 394mJ in DPAK?
