All documentation available for this device can be found on its product website, tabs Documentation and Quality & Reliability. Please note, however, that ESDA15P60-1U1M is already NRND (=Not Recommended for New Designs), meaning that it is only intended for ongoing production and no longer for new development, and will be discontinued in the near future (exact date not yet determined).
