Query on Using STM6601 for EN deassertion

Please confirm, for enable deassertion by long press, PB need to be pressed or both PB and SR needs to be pressed. 

The datasheets mention two things, 

Note: I need to achieve EN deassertion by long press with one button and INT pin is not connected to microprocessor.
