Requesting Spice Model for L9338

I’m currently working on a design that uses the L9338 Quad Low-Side Driver and would like to perform circuit simulations in LT spice (or any compatible simulator).

Could you please provide the SPICE model for the L9338?
If it’s not available publicly, kindly suggest an alternative part with a similar function and an available SPICE model for simulation purposes.

Unfortunately, neither this nor comparable low-side switches have a SPICE model available.

I recommend contacting the FAE at your local distributor or office of STMicroelectronics for further discussion.
