Spice model for BU941

Is there a spice model for the BU941ZT.

Welcome @Paul58, to the community!

The BU941ZT was launched on the market in the last millennium, so it is correspondingly old. Until now, no one had needed a SPICE model, so it is no longer being created because the BU941ZT has already been set to NRND (Not Recommended for New Design).
