SPV1050 and solar panel current

Hello,

I have a circuit with an SPV1050, the max Ibatt is 70mA, I'd like to know what happen if the solar panel can source more than 70mA, i.e 100mA. Is it a problem for the panel or for the chip (i.e temperature increase too much) ?
