ST1S40 Max Current Problem On Different DC Sources

I made an DC-DC buck with ST1S40 in the simulations my output current is normal max 3A but in PCB i cant Load with 3A while using Chroma 6703.

When i use my normal DC power supply i can Load with 3A and its not collapsing.

I use GWINSTEK PEL-3041 Electronic Load.

I made my circuit same as the eDesign Suite
