STC3115 OCV offset

Hi, I would like to adjust OCV parameter in STC3115.

In datasheet I see equation for calculation OCVtab value.

But I don`t understand it. If I have STC3115IQT and I can set 100% SOC from 4.313 V to 4.22V.

(4.22-4.313)/0.55 = 0.05 but to register I can only set numbers from -127 to 127 .

Please how can I correctly calculate OCV offset value.
