Hi. I have purchased 

STMicroelectronics STEVAL-CTM009V1 STripFET Evaluation Kit

 

I am using a c2000 (F28379d board), the driver board is only giving me a lower side pulse. Can you please help me.

there is issue in the driver board which  I am not able to understand. please help me 

1 when in give both the LIN and HIN, I do not get any out put from the driver board

2 when I remove either the LIN signal or HIN signal the lower I get out from the LVG

 

I have already tried all the possible solution like dead time, continuity test, supply connection etc.

 

please provide the solution, its little urgent for me sir

in Gate driver (L6491), the SGND and PGND are short, is it correct. Upon investigation it is observer that SGND and PGND are short. Sir, the board is not working, please help me. And I am attaching the video file.
