STEVAL-DPSTPFC1 Hardware Problem

Hello.When I measure between 5V_SCR1 and GND_SCR2 in STEVAL-DPSTPFC1 Hardware, I see 9V. And when I start via Switch, it goes into standby mode when the output is unloaded and reaches 300V. It never becomes 400V. I quickly turn the switch to the off position again. I quickly turn it back to the on position. This time, all the LEDs go off. Can you please tell the technical team where the error and problem may be?

Is there a special reason why you measure between 5V_SCR1 and GND_SCR2, which have nothing to do with each other? GND_SCR1 belongs to 5V_SCR1?
