STEVAL-DPSTPFC1 source code and BINARY code

I have STEVAL-DPS334C1 and STEVAL-DPSTPFC1. I am trying to put PFC code on STEVAL-DPS334C1 again. I load bin file via stm32programmer. then STEVAL-DPS334C1 crashes. I need source code to find where the error is coming from. Or if you have any suggestions, I would be glad.

Which programming hardware are you trying to use to flash the STEVAL-DPS334C1?
