STEVAL-IP023 firmware update with STM32CubeProgrammer fail

I tried to update the STEVAL-IP023 board with DFU using  STM32CubeProgrammer, but the STM32CubeProgrammer hang during the procedure, see picture attached.

The board is recognized ad DFU device but the procedure does not work.

Any suggestion?
