STEVAL-L99615C: Why I can not discharge my battery?

Dear ST:

Why I can not discharge my battery? Only Charge into it?

my setting are below:

1、Hardware：CN2 connector：I connect a load（small DC fan，or a resistor）to CH+ CH-;

2、Software：In GUI, I run file ( Current Acquistion Init - CC+CSA.csv),

      Activate fuse, Charge ON, Discharge ON;

but my battery did not discharge at all ?

I want to add more information:

I can use GUI to charge my battery , and the current usually 30~50mA;

but I can not use Tera term, there is no current flow in Tera term;

Dear ST:

 Finally ，I found the fuse （ITV4030L2015NR）was broken， that was why I can not charge and discharge my battery ！

I short circuit （bypass）the fuse ，and all works well now；

I use a DC24V power source， and my charging current is about 1.2A（1200mA）;

hope this can help ！
