STEVAL-WBC86TX Coil change

Hello everyone, I am working on a wireless charger based on the STEVAL-WBC86TX, but we cannot find availability for the transmitter coil reference 760308111 among its components. We would like to know which other references would be compatible with the STWBC86 chip. Thank you for your attention.

As an alternative to the original coil, you can look for a coil which is compliant to MP-A11 profile, defined by the Qi standard. It should allow you to charge off-the-shelf receivers up to 5W with the STWBC86 platform. 
The MPA11 has been defined as a 6.3µH coil with following parameters :

  • Outer length : 44m
  • Inner length : 20.5 mm
  • Thickness : 2.1 mm
  • Number of turns per layer : 10 (5 bifilar turns)
  • Number of layers : 1 or 2
