STLQ020 reverse protection diode?

I'm working on a low-power design and planning to use a STLQ020. The datasheet doesn't mention the need for a protection diode, nor does it mention that there is one integrated..

Is there an integrated protection diode?

Well, the data sheet does not mention a protection diode, but it does mention in the absolute max ratings: Voutmax = -0.3V ... Vin+0.3V. This means that with e.g. input = 0V, a possible voltage at the output must be limited to 0.3V, e.g. with a Schottky diode from Vo to Vi.
