STPMIC25APQR LDO Programming Issue

Hello 

We are currently working on programming the STPMIC25APQR Power Management IC and are facing some issues related to the LDOs.

As per the datasheet, there are no NVM control registers for LDO1 and LDO4, with their default output voltages specified as 1.8V for LDO1 and 3.3V for LDO4. While testing we  observed that LDO4 gives the default voltage i.e 3.3V as the output,but LDO1 is gives 0V instead of the default 1.8V as output. We have to program LDO1 manually each time to achieve the desired output voltage.

We have tested three different PMIC chips, and the issue persists across all of them. Could you please assist us in identifying the cause of this issue and provide guidance on how to resolve it?

Please check whether the register PRODUCT_ID_SR contains the value 0x21?
