Hi Sir, 

I'm looking for the data sheet and programming guide for the STWLC38JRM to develop the off-line programming algorithm. Would you please share such information for reference. Thank  you.

Please contact your local distributor so that they will be able to guide you depending on your project. Indeed,  the support for mass market has been restricted, which explains why the documentation has been retrieved from the website.
