The isolation voltage of the SLLIMM-nano IPMs is only 1.000 VRMS instead of the typically required 1.500 VRMS (STGIPNS3H60T-H module data sheet). Can you please provide further information regarding this issue. Thank You, Rudi

Since the SMD package of STGIPNS3H60T-H is not intended to be used with heat sink, there is no max VRMS requirement.
The SLLIMM-nano 2nd series family, which is suited to be used with heat sink, guarantees at least 1500 VRMS/60s
