Could you tell me the minimum DC current gain(hFE) for the BUF420AW？

There is no minimum DC current gain, but the data sheet, page 4 shows the curves for the DC current gain in the diagrams for two different collector-emitter voltages and depending on the collector current.

The curves show the typical values for the two junction temperatures 25°C and 125°C.
