Thermal resistances in DS of SCTL90N65G2V
Hi all,
I was having a look to the datasheet of 8x8 PowerFlat SCTL90N65G2V and I am a little bit disoriented about the specified thermal resistances:
Is it right if I am saying that "case" is considered the "bottom" of the component (in mosfets at least)? See picture below:
Instead for Rjb what is intended? It is written Resistance junction to board (the top of the board? The one in contact with the component?but does not coincide with Rjc for this case?) Or is it the total resistance from junction to bottom of the board?
Do you have any documentation that clarify that?
