TPS1H100B Counterfeit/Fake?

We have some prototypes with TPS1H100BQPWPRQ1 on them, but the IMON signal isn't performing as expected. Does anyone see any issue with part in attached photo?

We were told the TPS1H100B would be a drop in replacement for the TPS27S100B, but after swapping the ICs we've found this batch of TPS1H100B isn't performing the same as TPS27S100B. Maybe our TPS1H100B are a counterfeit batch?

What's the immediate connectivity of the pins

The CS pin looks impacted by external connections.

The B-Series parts should support the CS (Pin 14), whereas the A-Series doesn't

Marking for part looks consistent.

You'd likely do better at a TI centric forum.
