Please advise where I can find the device marking for TS4061AILT-1.225. I was expecting to find it in the datasheet but it doesn't appear to be in there. Maybe a more general question would be how does ST disseminate such information if not in the datasheet?

The marking information can be found in the data sheet for some components (mostly discrete components such as Schottky, etc.), but is otherwise non-public information. However, we are happy to provide this information here. In your case of the TS4061AILT-1.225, the marking is 62A, but can also be found on the label on the packaging bag.
