VIPER06 device marking

Please advise me where I can find the device marking for VIPER06HN. I was expecting to find it in the datasheet but it doesn't appear to be in there.
What is the meaning for CHN on the top right side and for F04250 on the bottom right?

CHN is that's it packaged / tested in a plant in CHINA

 

F04250 is most likely a production / date code for traceability.
