VNF1048 eFUSE Short to Battery and Open Load detection

Hi,

 

I am analyzing the different diagnostics capabilities of VNF1048 eFUSE.

Could anyone share some details on how the Short to Battery and Open Load detection can be done for VNF1048 eFUSE output.

Is there any external circuit required to detect the Short to Battery and Open Load condition during both ON and OFF state.
