Hi,

We got some parts of VNP35N07-E, they have different Marking , I attached photos for your reference.

The datasheet does not mention the marking on the chip,

Is there any documentation indicating how to interpret the marking ?

Is E marking normal? What is the different?

Thanks.

Hi Joe,

Usually when we buy VNP35N07-E, the first line of Marking only shows VNP35N07, without "-E",however we have received some parts the first line of Marking shows complete VNP35N07-E.
Our only confuse now is whether the first line of Marking shows VNP35N07 or VNP35N07-E, are they exactly the same parts?
If there have any difference, please help point it out as well, we need to confirm that these parts will not have any defects.

Attached again are Marking 1 “VNP35N07-E” and Marking 2 “VNP35N07”.
