What is the maximum voltage that could be applied to the INH pin of the LD29300 regulator that will cause no damages to it?

I see in data sheet this line:
IINH Control input current TJ = -40 to 125°C, VINH = 13 V 5 10 μA,
Usually, control voltage is in the power line limits, GND < Vinh < Vcc. To be safe, put a resistor in series, 10-100 kOhms - it will protect both ends, power regulator against over-voltage, and control circuit in case failure of the LDO.
