what is the minimum Igt for BTA12-600B in all quadrants ?, datasheet provides only max values , i am in the process of replacing an existing TRIAC with BTA12-600B so I want minimum value to confirm the design will work.

Well, the minimum value for IGT is given in the data sheet of the BTA12 under table 2 as note 1:

Minimum IGT is guaranteed at 5 % of IGT max.
