WLC38 + STWBC86 - 5W Reference Designs?

So it looks like there are 2.5W or 15W reference designs, does anyone have a 5W reference design?

When WLC38 work in BPP mode, it is 5W.

Can you please let me know where I can find these reference design? All of the links I followed ended up as broken links. Specifically looking for reference layout for 2.5W and 5W of the STWBC86 IC.

Can't find 2.5W reference design. TN1440 . "SORRY, PAGE NOT FOUND". Can someone help please ?

Are TVSes and RCL resistor needed in this power level ?

I'm also looking for the STWLC38 and STWBC86 reference material - especially the 2.5W reference design, but it appears that ALL material (datasheets, product pages, etc.) has been removed. Could you please follow up with me also on this material? Thanks.
