X_NUCLEO_IHM02A1 with Raspberry Pi 4B. Can anybody help me with the links between these boards?

Also, the red led of IHM02A1 is On all the time .Is this normal?Thank you.

The red LED indicates that at least one of the two devices is in fault condition.

As described in the L6470 datasheet at the end power-up, the FLAG output is forced low.

It is necessary to send a GetStatus command to reset the STATUS register flags.
