B-G431B-ESC1 software missing Hall Interrupts for custom board

I modified the software B-G431B-ESC1 for the custom board, but i am missing the hall interrupts some times. Why does it happen? Does software loading cause this issue, i am sending CAN messages at every 10ms of around 10 messages?

If your point is still relevant : this may be a priority issue between your CAN messages and Hall interrupts, please make sure that your Hall interrupts have a higher priority than your CAN messages.
