Cannot get motor parameters - ST Motor Pilot V1.2.12 - profiler

I am using GBM1008H-150T PMSM motor. Cannot get motor parameters using "Start profile". Motor is noisy and rotates jerkily. I am applying 24V. Specification says the motor has 14 pole pairs and 7 KV.

Refer to User Manual documentation available through "Workbench tool">About>Documentations>Documentation>"User manual" tab, "Motor Profiler Application Note". Chapter "7. Known Problems":
Progress execution bar stays at 7%
This may happen when a Motor Profiler project is generated with one 1 ADC configured for current sensing. It is recommended to only setup 2 ADCs configurations for any Motor Profiler project.
