Question

Control 3 phase motor with STEVAL-IPM15b

Hello,

I am trying to drive a three-phase motor with the STEVAL-IPM15b, but it is not working properly. I applied 15V to Vcc and 125V or 150V to Vdc and tried testing, but the motor did not run. I checked TP5, TP12, TP6, and TP7 with an oscilloscope, and it seems that the gate signals are being generated. I have attached the waveform from the oscilloscope in the diagram.

The yellow line shows the signals in the following order: HU (high side U phase), LU (low side U phase), HV, and HW. Additionally, I have set the dead time to 4μs. On the J2 connector, pin 2 is GND, pins 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13 have the respective phase PWM signals, and pin 25 is receiving 5V.If my usage is incorrect, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Jiro Tyubu.
