DC MOTOR DRIVER

We are currently using a DCX32L motor rated at 12V and 160W, and ourmain objective is to achieve constant torque. Specifically,we need a solution that integrates current sensing with an interface that permits real-time control via software. Is this possible any drivers are there ???
