Deadtime

First thingI am trying to XOR, 3 pwm's and If the xor output is 1 "motor is on" otherwise "motor is off".

I am getting 90ns deadtime. I mean between the pwm's there is some gap. How to encounter this situation? ( I wnt to use a gpio and Im using a nucleo - h743zit6) I want to use TIM12 channel 2, external clock mode
