How to get familiar with the FOC feature with P-NUCLEO-IHM002?

Hi!

My new arrived P-NUCLEO-IHM002 seems work fine. I can download and debug FW from STM32CubeIDE. And I've found the Potentiometer FW example project from MC_SDK_5.4.8.

What should I do next to get familiar with how FOC is implemented on this board (Nucleo-STM32F302R8)? I think maybe I should study this Potentiometer FW example. Is there any recommended documents/books good for this purpose?
