Is there any mothod solve this issue If the Friction parameter is not provided by the motor manufacturer ?

You can use the ST MC Motor Profiler tool available in MCSDK package. Refer to User Manual documentation available through "Workbench tool">About>Documentations>Documentation>"User manual" tab, "Motor Profiler Application Note" link for more detail.
