Hello, I looked over the internet and couldn't find the firmware, even tried older versions of mcsdk, no example board of ptool1v1. In 2022 similar post was made that was looking ptool1v1 firmware and answer was redirected to the page that doesn't exist anymore.

by 2022 you surely mean this post, which refers to the obsolete X-CUBE-MCSDK-Y? That has been replaced by X-CUBE-MCSDK-6, which no longer contains firmware for the STEVAL-PTOOL1V1. However, you can look in X-CUBE-MCSDK, version 5.4.8 to see where it is still included.
