MC SDK 6.2.1 doesn't launch after installation

Hello, 
I do have a problem running STM32 Motor Control Workbench 6.2.1 . The UI doesn't load at all. even running with admin rights and installed using admin rights as well 

 

 

I have downloaded Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Version 14.38.33135.0
Also updated the to .NET Framework 3.5 and NVidia Graphics card as well still doesn't work 

I am using Windows 10 Education N

Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045

I feel that I am missing something here. But, I don't know what
