MC SDK start motor stucked

I'm using a STM32F4 and MC SDK 5.4.8 to control a BLDC motor from MAXON, when start the motor without load, the motor can be started everytime, but sometimes it will stucked with a load, the motor control status is still RUN, but the motor will not run, if I push the load, then the motor can start, anyone can share some advice, thanks.

Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in replying to your post.
If your point is still pertinent, it is the standard behavior if you use Hall sensor e.g. If the load is higher than the motor provided torque, the motor stops and no error is reported due to the fact that position is provided by hall sensors. When the load decrease, motor will spin. Could you confirm that you are using sensor?
