motor profiler shows "profile failed" for STEVAL-ESC001V1

Hello, i am using the STEVAL -ESC001V1 evaluation board .

i am using the Motor Workbench 5.4.8 with motor profiler .

the motor profiler can connect to the evaluation board but when i click profile ,it shows profile failed .

can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?

I tested your configuration and it works correctly as you can see on the pictureCan you tell me what device you used to connect your ESC001V1 ?

I used an ST-Link V3 to connect the st-link and Uart part of the board.

You have all the information on the UM2197 chapter 3.
