I am trying to get started with the EVSPIN32G4-DUAL but where can I find the Firmware or an example project for the Motor Control Workbench?

Download MCSDK version 6.3.2 available here.
Refer to User Manual documentation available through "Workbench tool">About>Documentations>Documentation>"User manual" tab, "Getting Started with Motor Control SDK" link for starting a new project.
In your case: inverter EVSPIN32G4-DUAL board.
