Question

Regarding motor low RPM not achieved

I have a BLDC motor equipped with Hall sensors. When attempting to run the motor in FOC (Field-Oriented Control) mode, I encountered difficulties achieving the required low RPM. Consequently, I configured the Hall sensors to run the motor, but encountered challenges in doing so.

Ideally, I aim for the motor to operate using Hall sensors at lower RPM. After reaching a specific RPM threshold, I want the motor to seamlessly transition to sensorless control using Flux PLL.

Hello Suhas,

What kind of issue are you facing using HALL sensors?
Motor control profiler is able to profile HALL sensor parameters, please follow this Hall sensor profiling link.
