speed and torque control in motor control workbench

hello everyone ,

i am working with ihm17m1 for driving an 3v bldc motor in sensorless algorithm , facing some issues with speed control mode 

issue

1 - even after changing the motor parameters according to my motor , its showing speed feedback error after open loop (before closed loop) . but the torque control works with out any error . what will be the reason for that?

 

2 - when trying with torque control its showing different torque value (its taking only 242 mA still its showing 0.5A torque) , how to correct it
