STEVAL-ctm006V1 startup failure.

Hi,

mcsdk: 6.2.1

control board: nucleo-g474re

Bridge: XNUCLEO-IHM09M2

Power Board: STEVAL-CTM009V1

Motor: Motenergy ME1304

I prepared motor profile for ME1306 with help of EVSPIN32G4 and used in configuration, described above.

But now I get Startup failure on every start. The shaft does not rotate but trembles only.

Can I get any advice how to debug the issue?

Appreciate in advance.

    Hey @tasifacij

Here are some screenshots that might help you get a better startup procedure.

please note that speed feedback, startup failure, and over current errors may  arise due to hardware issues.

And I can rotate the motor if open loop is enabled.

Hi @tasifacij , how did you do the Open loop in ctm009v1? can you provide me some insights on it.

MotorWorkbench -> StageConfiguration -> OpenLoop checkbox.

Then Motor pilot allows to select it in control mode.

My issue was caused by invalid ICS wiring. I read an inversed signal and PI controllers became crazy of that.
